Mohamed Ehab Training Program is a 12-weeks program designed and structured by Egyptian National Coach Mohamed Hosny, Coach Jordi Gómez and Mohamed Ehab to help you maximize your full potential in Weightlifting movements, Building mass and increasing your Strength levels.

5 Training days per week, including warm-up exercises before the weightlifting sessions, videos and complementary workouts to increase your strength.

You will be able to see all exercises performed by Mohamed Ehab while you follow the specific training program designed by the best coaches to get your full potential.
